All Sales are Final due to items being handcrafted & one-of-a-kind.
**Online Orders**
Returns will be accepted if:
The wrong item is shipped to our customer or if your ShaRobbi Foggie accessory is received damaged or broken. If received damaged or broken please submit pictures to: sharobbifoggiejewelry@aol.com & we will correct it for you.
Custom orders
If our customer decides to cancel a custom order after purchase, 50% of the purchase price is non-refundable. If the order has already been shipped, our customer will be responsible for all shipping that will apply.
Repairs
If your ShaRobbi Foggie accessory is somehow damaged please contact us: sharobbifoggiejewelry@aol.com. Submit a picture with a brief description of how the item was damaged and we will repair it as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that certain materials used are rare & due to items being one-of-a-kind we will repair it back to look as original as possible. Most repairs will be free of charge however in the event that a rare component is used there might be a slight fee. Our customer will be responsible for any shipping fees on repairs.
