**Online Orders**
Returns will be accepted if:
If your ShaRobbi Foggie accessory is received damaged or broken and cannot be repaired due to rare component(s) used not being available. If your one-of-a-kind accessory is received damaged or broken please immediately notify us by submitting pictures to: sharobbifoggiejewelry@aol.com & we will correct it for you.
Custom orders
If our customer decides to cancel a custom order before it is shipped, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any custom order that has already been shipped, cannot be returned due to the accessory being fitted for you.
Repairs
If your ShaRobbi Foggie accessory is somehow damaged please contact us: sharobbifoggiejewelry@aol.com. Submit a picture with a brief description of how the item was damaged and we will repair it as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that certain materials used are rare & due to items being one-of-a-kind we will repair it back to look as original as possible. Most repairs will be free of charge however in the event that a rare component is used there might be a slight fee. Our customer will be responsible for any shipping fees on repairs.
